- Indentifying capital investors(at all levels of the capital structure) in new financial ventures, specialty finance companies, structured and municipal transactions
- Credit review and structuring, including diligence, of complex structured securities and issuers
- Ability to co-invest or provide capital directly
- Capital markets advisory relating to issuers of structured securities, new ventures, wrapped security valuations, and the monoline sector
